Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. - Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals. - Manage payroll, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. - Supervise administrative functions and support services. - Lead organizational planning, talent development, and succession planning. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in HR & Admin management. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Excellent understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. - Certification (CIPM/SHRM) is an advantage.
